Financial Info

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is started. If at any time you have financial concerns, please ask our financial staff before scheduling treatment. Our goal is to make sure that recommended dental care can be fit into your lifestyle, and we are happy to work with you to ensure that dentistry is affordable and practical for you. We ask that patients without insurance take care of charges in full the day of the visit, unless other arrangements have been made prior to the appointment.

Payment Options:

  • Cash
  • Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
  • Care Credit Card, Citi Health Card (choose from 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months 0% interest financing).
  • Idaho personal Checks ($50.00 charge for returned checks)

For those with insurance, our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated portion (that amount that insurance will not cover) must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

We are currently providers for Delta Dental of Idaho, Blue Cross of Idaho, Blue Shield of Idaho, Cigna, Delta USA, MetLife, Aetna Dental, Dentemax, United Concordia and Humana Dental.

Citi Health dental card is an easy, 0% financing option for those who would prefer to finance their dental treatment. Applications are available in our office and most can be approved over the phone. This allows the greatest flexibility currently available in financing your dental needs. Ask us for details.

Almost all "Cosmetic Procedures"(front teeth porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, some tooth colored fillings and various gum shaping surgery) are not covered by insurance and full payment is required the day of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

Dental Implants are not normally covered by insurance, so we ask our patients to take care of the fee the day of treatment. We can bill dental insurance for the prosthetic portion (the crown) of the implant procedure, but payment in this area is not predictable. We are not able to process dental implant procedures under your medical insurance since we are a dental office. We are, however, happy to help you by submitting a narrative of diagnosis and need for treatment to your medical insurance.
